Mastodon Field
Mastodon Field is the home of the Purdue Fort Wayne baseball team. Mastodon Field has undergone a number of renovations in the last several years, including a new brick backstop, grandstand seating for 200, new hitting cages and a new wooden outfield fence. Major field upgrades include a brand new pitcher's mound and a laser-graded infield with a new playing surface. The dimensions of Mastodon Field are 330 FT down the lines, 380 FT in the power alleys and 400 to dead center. Mastodon Field plays host to not only outstanding Horizon League baseball action but also some of the finest club and travel teams in the tri-state area.
