Barrientos was the Summit League Player of the Year in 2012-13 and 2013-14. She was a seven-time Summit League Player of the Week. She has the top four single-game scoring games in the NCAA Division I era for the 'Dons, including 43 points against Southern Ilinois on Nov. 29, 2012. That 43-point outing ranks fifth in Summit League history. The 670 points Barrientos scored in 2013-14 are the third most for a season in program history. For her career, she is fourth in program history in scoring with 1,676 points. She is second in free throw percentage (86.1 percent), third in made free throws (497), tied for fourth in assists (302), 10th in field goal percentage (47.8 percent) and 10th in steals (151). In the classroom, she was a CoSIDA Academic All-America First Team selection in 2013-14 and a Second Team honoree in 2012-13. Barrientos was the I-AAA Athletic Director's Association Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2012-13 and 2013-14.
