Ridenour won the Summit League Cross Country Athlete of the Week award six times in her career, including five in 2008 which is still tied for the most in a single season in league history. Her 2008 season was capped with the 2008 Summit League Athlete of the Year and Championship MVP after winning the league title in a time of 20:54.9. Her performance still stands as the sixth fastest winning 6K time in league history. In 2009 she was the Summit League 3,000 and 5,000-meter champion indoors and the Summit League 10,000-meter champion outdoors. She was an All-Summit League selection for indoor track and field in 2008-09, and outdoor track and field in 2008 and 2010.
