Jay Golsteyn

Jay Golsteyn is a two-time NCAA All-America, grabbing those honors in 1987 and 1989. A former NCAA record holder for kills in a match with 44, Golsteyn was named the IPFW Male Athlete of the Year in 1989. A four-year All-Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association selection, Jay was named the MIVA Player of the Year in 1987 and 1989. He is currently second on the IPFW all-time kills list with 1,939 and the career leader in digs with 816. Golsteyn also owns the IPFW team record for digs in a season with 288. Jay started and operates the Impact Volleyball Club in Nashville, Tennessee. Impact won a National Championship in 2006.
