Women's Soccer Drops Conference Tilt

Brookings, SD - Forward Kelsey Worcester scored two goals, and South Dakota State kept IPFW off the scoreboard, as the Jackrabbits topped the Mastodons 3-0 in a United Soccer Conference match at Fishback Park.
Worcester got the Jacks on the board at the 31:49 mark. It was her third goal of the season and gave South Dakota State a 1-0 lead at the half.
In the second half, SDSU tallied two goals in just over four minutes, including a second from Worcester in the 64th minute.
Jack's keeper Nicole Lograsso turned back all five Mastodons shots to preserve the 3-0 shutout.
IPFW keeper Shannon Lynn made nine saves in the loss.
With the loss, the Mastodons fall to 3-8-1 and 1-1-0 in the USC.
They return to action, at noon on Sunday, with a conference match at North Dakota State.
