
Men's Soccer Blanked in Opener

Fairborn, OH- The IPFW men's soccer team came up empty in a 4-0 loss to Wright State in their opening match of the Wright State University Tournament, Friday in Fairborn, Ohio.
The Raiders scored three times in the first 18:36 of the match and held a 3-0 lead at the half.
In the second half, Wright State freshman forward Brandon Fleak notched his second goal of the game, beating IPFW keeper Michael Knitter one-on-one.
It was a tough night for the IPFW netminders. Sophomore Josh Howell started the match and gave up the three first-half scores.
WSU keeper Tebias Mason stopped both shots he faced for the shutout.
IPFW will continue tournament play on Sunday, facing Butler at 11am.
