'Dons Split with EIU and Oakland

Fort Wayne, IN - The IPFW Women's Tennis team faced Eastern Illinois and Oakland over the weekend. The 'Dons split the matches, defeating Oakland, 4-3 and falling to EIU, 5-2.
Against Eastern Illinois, Lisa Bartelheim defeated Stephanie Harmazy in straight sets. Mollee Carpenter won her match in straight sets as well. In doubles action, the team of Sachi Janek and Alexa Rang won at #3.
Against Oakland, Ashley Coulson, Stacy Lish, Hanna Hager and Bartelheim won their singles matches in straight sets to give IPFW the win.
The Mastodons will head to Ball State on the 7th before returning home for a six match homestand starting on the 9th with matches against Cleveland State and IUPUI. Both matches are at Pine Ridge Racquet Club with start times of 11 AM and 7 PM respectively.
