Tulsa, OK- The IPFW women’s soccer team finished up its 2008 campaign this afternoon against the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Three minutes later, the Golden Eagles found the scoreboard again after Natalyn Manyan scored off a deflected ball from IPFW goalkeeper Kristen McFadden, making the score 2-0. At the 23rd minute, Golden Eagle Lorena Soto scored off another deflected ball from McFadden, to make the score 3-0. The score remained 3-0 heading into halftime.
The second half was much of the same for the Mastodons as Oral Roberts kept up the offensive pressure. The Golden Eagles received its fourth and final goal in the contest from Correne Walker, her second of game. The ‘Dons fired six shots in the second half, but none ended in the back of the net. For the game, IPFW had eight attempts.
