Virtual Basketball Season Ticket Packages For Sale In Lieu Of Traditional Sales

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Purdue University Fort Wayne announced on Wednesday (October 28) that there will be no ticket sales to the general public for the 2020-21 men's and women's basketball seasons.
"In an effort to maintain the safest environment for student-athletes and visiting teams, our plan is to compete without fans in the stands at this time," Athletic Director Kelley Hartley Hutton said. "We are still working through plans but we have decided we will not be offering season or individual tickets to the general public in 2020-21."
Many of these contests will be viewable on a variety of platforms in 2020-21, including ESPN3 and ESPN+. There will continue to be full coverage of events on the athletic department's Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts, as well as postgame highlights on YouTube.
In an effort to provide fans an opportunity to engage and support the Mastodons during the 2020-21 season, Purdue Fort Wayne Athletics has launched a Virtual Season Ticket Package for men's and women's basketball. These packages will allow fans access to exclusive digital content, virtual game day watch parties, and other Mastodon items throughout the season. The 2020-21 season will be the first in the Horizon League for the Mastodons after competing in the Summit League since 2007.
"With the unique circumstances impacting the upcoming basketball season, we wanted to offer a vehicle for fans to follow and support the 'Dons from home," Hartley Hutton said.
Virtual Season ticket packages will start at $99 and can be purchased at GoMastodons.com/VirtualTickets.
