Mastodon Women's Soccer Earns United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Purdue Fort Wayne women's soccer team recently earned the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award.
Purdue Fort Wayne had a team GPA of 3.42 in the 2024-25 academic year. The Mastodons were one of 414 women's soccer programs in the country to earn the award. The United Soccer Coaches organization honors all programs that earn a team grade-point average of 3.0 or higher.
Purdue Fort Wayne was one of four Horizon League women's soccer programs to earn the Team Academic Award. IU Indianapolis, Northern Kentucky and Oakland joined the Mastodons on the list of recipients.
This is the 12th season in a row that the Mastodons have earned the honor, including all 11 seasons of head coach Jason Burr's tenure.
