Named to the All-Summit League Second Team following the regular season, and to the All-Newcomer Team ... Played and started in all 36 games during the season, averaging 12.1 points per game and a team-high 5.3 rebounds per contest ... Scored in double-figures 29 times during the season, and hit 60.5 percent of his shots for the year ... Did not qualify for the NCAA Field Goal title due to too few field goals made; however, in the ESPN statistics, which have a less stringent field goal minimum, he finished the season ranked 23rd in the country ... Hit 7-of-8 shots from the field, scoring 17 points, pulling down five rebounds, and blocking two shots in the season opener against NCAA Elite Eight participant Dayton ... Scored 20 or more points twice: Against Eastern Illinois on December21 and at Omaha on March 1 ... Scored 19 points at Eastern Illinois on November 27, and 18 against Western Illinois on February 1 ... Picked up two double-doubles on the season, with 11 points, 10 rebounds on December 10 against Bradley, and with 10 points, 10 rebounds against South Dakota on February 13 ... Missed a double-double by just one rebound with 12 points, nine rebounds against IUPUI on February 22 and with 11 points, nine rebounds, also against IUPUI on March 8 in the Summit League Tournament First Round

In his last year at Brevard he had his season shortened because of injury, playing in just 18 games, averaging 4.9 points and 3.2 rebounds in limited action ... As a freshman, Forbes was a teammate with Luis Jacobo at Stetson, where he played in all 31 games, starting 20, while averaging 7.8 points and 4.4 rebounds per game, shooting 53 percent from the field.
HIGH SCHOOL
Earned four varsity letters in high school, averaging 16 points, 10 rebounds, and three assists for East Ridge High School, where he was named Team MVP as a junior and senior ... He was also a member of the AAU National Champion squad Each 1 Teach 1, where he teamed up with Austin Rivers of Duke, James Bell of Villanova, and Brandon Knight of Kentucky.
