Lauren Ross joined the Purdue Fort Wayne women's basketball coaching staff on July 1, 2025.
Ross spent her final year of collegiate eligibility with the Purdue Fort Wayne women's basketball team. She became the first player in NCAA history to lead the country in both 3-point percentage (47.6) and free throw percentage (94.8). In her one year playing in Fort Wayne, she had a slew of awards: College Sports Communicators Academic All-America Second Team and Academic All-District Horizon League Newcomer of the Year, First Team and two Player of the Week awards, and the DI-AAA Athletics Directors Association Scholar-Athlete Team. Prior to playing for the 'Dons, she spent one year at Michigan State and three at Western Michigan.
Ross earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Western Michigan in 2023 and will complete her master's degree in organizational leadership from Purdue Fort Wayne while coaching.
