Jim Earle was named the head coach for the Purdue Fort Wayne women's golf team on June 29, 2022.

Earle received his bachelor's degree from SIUE in 2001.

Earle is a native of Saint Louis, Missouri. He and his wife, Tracy, have one son, Gaven.
