2010 SEASON
In her last season as a Mastodon, Esposito started two of the ten matches she played for IPFW…she had seven shots on the season with two of those being on goal...received the Coach's Award
2009 SEASON
As a junior, Esposito played in 13 games and started in nine of them...she had a total of seven shots on the season...she had shots against Youngstown State (Aug. 30), Bowling Green (Sept. 6), WSU (Sept. 4) and UMKC (Oct. 4).
2008 SEASON
In her second season as a Mastodon...Esposito played in all 19 games and started 13 of them...she fired 15 total shots on the season with 12 coming against the Summit League opponents...despite being a sophomore, Esposito provided much experience and leadership on the field in 2008.
2007 Season
As a freshman, Esposito started in 15 of 17 games... for the season, she had 13 shots and six shots on goal...she will be called upon to provide depth as a midfielder for the Mastodons.
High School
Esposito was a four-sport athlete at Notre Dame College High School in Welland, Ontario, Canada. Along with excelling at soccer, she was a started on the girl's basketball team that reached the Welland Tribune Basketball Tournament finals in 2005 and won the tournament in 2006. Besides soccer and basketball, Melanie also participated in volleyball and track & field. Esposito was a 2007 honors graduate from NDCHS.
