Not all inductees to the IPFW Hall-of-Fame made their mark in the field or on the court. Ken and Linda Balthaser have been recognized for their long-time support of the program. The department of athletics recognized the Balthasers in 1988 and 1998 with the department's fan appreciation award. They were also give the "Butch" Perchan Award in 1998. Ken is the IPFW Associate Librarian Emeritus, while Linda is the IPFW School of Arts and Sciences Assistant Dean Emerita. They have combined to give IPFW 77 years of outstanding service.
