Dayton, OH- The Wright State Raiders got a pair of goals from junior midfielder Desire Morris to top IPFW, 2-0 at Alumni Field.
Morris got her first goal late in the first half off of a feed from midfielder Katie Comisar. Morris fired a shot from about 12 yards out that beat IPFW netminder Shannon Lynn to the far post.
Morris got her second of the match, just 4:21 after half-time. She took a feed from sophomore middle Amy Miller and found the back of the net to the left side.
That's all the scoring the Raiders would need because they held IPFW to just two shots on goal, both turned aside by senior keeper Steph Comisar.
The win pushes WSU to 10-3-3, while the 'Dons fall to 3-10-1.
IPFW continues its short two-game road swing with a match on Sunday at Cleveland State.
Kick-off is set for 7:30pm.
