Fort Wayne, IN- The IPFW women’s soccer team was defeated Tuesday afternoon by Detroit-Mercy 3-0, in Detroit, Michigan. The Mastodons will travel west for their three remaining regular season games.
The Titans found the scoreboard first after Trina Kochanski fired a dribbler to the left corner of the goal, to make the score 1-0. The score remained 1-0 as the halftime horn sounded. In the first half, the 'Dons fired only one shot to the Titans 16.

Three minutes later, the Kiely scored again off a double assist from Selena Stanski and Alison Suschak. The ‘Dons had a chance late in the second half to net a goal, but their attempts were unsuccessful.
In the loss, IPFW goalkeeper Meagan McLaughlin had 5 saves. Her season total now stands at 59 saves in 18 game appearances. The 'Dons fired 4 shots in the contest.
