LeRose's 80 Highlights Final Day of Cincinnati Fall Classic

CINCINNATI, Ohio- Senior Nikki LeRose followed up her first day 89 with a 91 and season-best 80 to lead the Mastodons at the University of Cincinnati Fall Classic.
LeRose's 80 is the best score posted by an IPFW player this season and is just one stroke off of her best from a season ago. Her three-round score of 260 placed her 72nd overall in the event.
Sophomore Tosha Embry followed LeRose with a three-round total of 278. After a first round 92, Embry fired scores of 100 and 86 today to cap off a 74th place finish.
Freshman Alyssa Turney improved 15 strokes from day one as she posted identical 93s to finish the tournament third on the squad.
Freshmen Breanna Hatter (104-96-98) and Jillian Joyce (104-102-102) rounded out the 'Dons lineup as they tied in 77th place, knotted at 308.
The 'Dons will return to the links next Monday as they travel to Indianapolis for the Butler Fall Golf Invitational. The Monday tee times will kick off from Eagle Creek Golf Course in Indianapolis.
