
Mastodons Finish in Eighth at the Green Bay Invitational

GREEN BAY, Wis. - In the final day of the Green Bay Invitational, the IPFW women's golf team had a 36-hole total of 722 to finish in eighth place.
Loyola University posted roudns of 321 and 315, 52-over to finish in first place with a total of 636.
Freshman Mastodon Taylor Lamphier carded an 86 and 85 for a total of 171, 25-over to finish in 21st place after slipping from 17th place after Round One.
Alyssa Turney posted rounds of 86 and 85 for the total of 171 to tie for 27th place with Chicago State's Esther Lee.
Maggie Talbert closed the day in a tie for 41st place with Megan Grozdanich of North Dakota after firing rounds of 94 and 92 for a total of 186.
Competing as individuals in the invitational, Breanna Hatter (101 and 89) and Tosha Embry (103 and 96) posted scores of 190 and 199, respectively.
Mastodons return to action on September 20, at the Chicago State Invitational in Hammon, IN., at the Lost Marsh Golf Course.
