MOGLER TRICKS FOR PLAYER OF THE WEEK
In Fort Wayne's Friday (Sept. 2) matchup against Youngstown State, Kallianne Mogler netted three goals, which resulted in Mogler being announced the Summit League Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week. Mogler scored in the 14th minute after she beat out the goalie for the ball and placed a shot in the lower left corner for her first, and added another 11 minutes later. She also scored the game-winning goal in the 57th minute, securing the hat-trick. Mogler was a perfect 100 percent on her shots on Friday, all three on target and slipping by the goalie. These three goals pushed her into the lead on the team in goals and points, with three and seven respectively.
SCHEDULE
The Mastodons, in addition to their strenuous Summit League schedule, face off against a challenging non-conference slate that includes teams from the Big East (Butler), Mid-American Conference (Ball State, Bowling Green, Western Michigan), Atlantic 10 (Saint Louis), Horizon League (Youngstown State), and Ohio Valley (Eastern Illinois).
