
Women's Golf Travels to Ohio for Two Day Tournament

KETTERING, Ohio - The Fort Wayne women's golf team will head to Ohio for the Dayton Flyer Invitational on October 16 and 17.

Where: NCR Country Club, North Course | Kettering, Ohio
Par: 70
Yardage: 5,826
Format: 36 holes with 18 holes on Monday and 18 holes on Tuesday
COMPETING TEAMS
Fort Wayne will compete against 13 other teams. The Mastodons and host Flyers will be joined by: Bowling Green, Butler, Central Michigan, Detroit, Eastern Illinois, Findlay, IUPUI, Northern Kentucky, Ohio Northern, Oakland, Purdue, and Western Illinois.
THE COURSE
NCR Country Club is a renowned facility, located in Southwest Ohio, which can proudly boast of having two Dick Wilson signature golf courses. The famed architect is credited with such historic designs as Bay Hill, Cog Hill, Doral, and Laurel Valley to name just a few. The North Course is a prairie style, links type golf course with a par of 70 covering a total of 6,828 yards. The North Course is a perfect complement to the South Course, offering a welcomed change of pace while still offering a stern test of golf for golfers of any ability level.
