The 5-4 Redhawks own wins over Fordham, Wright State, LIU Brooklyn, Midway and Western Illinois. The win over Summit League member Western Illinois was a double overtime affair. Darrian Ringo made the game-winning 3-pointer for Miami with 0.7 seconds left just moments after the Leathernecks had tied the score with a three-pointer of their own.

He scored his 1,000th career point against IU Kokomo while adding 31 points against SIUE and 34 against Detroit Mercy. His 34 points were the most by a 'Don since Max Landis scored 44 at South Dakota on Feb. 4, 2016. Scott's 34 points also marked the most by a 'Don in a home game since Tyler Best scored 35 against Longwood in an overtime contest on Jan. 5, 2006. It was Scott's second Player of the Week honor of the year. He has three in his career.

Tionne Rollins (Tallahassee, Fla./Lincoln High School) signed a National Letter of Intent to join the Fort Wayne men's basketball program for the 2018-19 campaign. Rollins (6-2, guard) helped Lincoln High School to a Class 8A State Runner-Up finish in 2017. He was named First Team All-Big Bend. In the classroom, Rollins is an honor roll student with a GPA above 4.00. He comes from a basketball family as his mother Demetria played at Florida A&M from 1989-93.
20 WINS AGAIN
Fort Wayne won 20 games last season. It was their third 20-win season in four years. It also marked their second consecutive 20-win season, which is a first for the program as an NCAA Division I squad. Only once previously in program history, 1988-89 & 1989-90, have the 'Dons won 20 games in consecutive seasons.
