INDIANAPOLIS - The Horizon League announced its men's soccer weekly awards on Friday (Feb. 26) and Purdue Fort Wayne midfielder Logan Lee was named the Offensive Player of the Week.
The Mastodon newcomer scored two goals in Purdue Fort Wayne's first Horizon League win over rival IUPUI. It only took five minutes for the Canterbury High School product to score against the Jaguars to give the Mastodons the game-winning goal. Lee scored again in the 73rd minute after picking the IUPUI's keeper's pocket inside the box.
Through three games, Lee has three goals for the Mastodons. This is the second-most in the Horizon League.
Lee and the Mastodons are back in action on Sunday at 2 p.m. when they welcome Green Bay to Fort Wayne. That game will be at Indiana Tech.
