Party at the Pitch Set For Thursday, September 16th

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Purdue Fort Wayne Athletics will host the second annual Party at the Pitch on Thursday, Sept. 16 at the Hefner Soccer Complex prior to the Mastodon women's soccer game with UIC. The event is co-sponsored by Student Activities Board and Student Government Association.
Festivities will begin at 5 p.m. with games, music, food trucks, and a beer tent for patrons over the age of 21. The first 200 students in attendance will receive a Mastodon soccer scarf and $10 in food truck vouchers. Admission for the event is free for all. Per Purdue Fort Wayne campus policy, a mask is not required outdoors.
From 4:30-5:30 p.m. the men's soccer program will conduct a youth clinic for children ages 6-13. The cost is $10 and parents can sign up their children here.
At 6 p.m. the women's soccer team will host UIC. It will be the Mastodons' first Horizon League game of the season. The 'Dons are unbeaten through the first four matches of the season.
