Neal Earns PR in 6K for Mastodons at NCAA Regional

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Mastodon women's cross country team concluded their 2022 season on Friday (Nov. 11) with the NCAA Great Lakes Regional hosted by Indiana State.
Brooke Neal finished the 6K in 78th (21:54.5) with a new personal record. Neal's 78th place finish is the best for a Mastodon women since Emma Rafuse took seventh in 2018.
Riley Tate was 150th (22:56.9) with teammate Ava Genovese not far behind in 160th (23:17.6). Mercedes Sarver earned 200th with a PR of 24:17.7.
The four Mastodons ran as individuals. Notre Dame took home the team title.
