Mastodon WVB Season Comes to an End

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Purdue Fort Wayne women's volleyball season wrapped up on Friday night (Nov. 14) with a 25-19, 25-19, 26-24 loss at Youngstown State.
Riley Rosneck was Mastodons' best offensive player on Friday night, as she was virtually all season. She finished with 19 kills, eight of which came set three. On the opposite side, Abbie Householder was phenomenal, racking up 23 kills on a .452 hitting percentage.
The Mastodons were at their best in set three when they hit .261 offensively. After trailing 11-7, the Mastodons put together a 12-2 run to lead 19-13. In the run, there were 10 kills, a block and an ace.
Becky Barrett led all players with 23 digs, finishing her junior season with 494, the third-most in the league.
The Mastodons finished the 2025 campaign 3-26, 1-17 in Horizon League play. Youngstown State improved to 16-13, 11-7 and will play in the Horizon League Championship next week.
