
Craig Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

GREENWOOD, Ind. - Purdue Fort Wayne's DeAndre Craig Jr. has been named to the 2026 College Sports Communicators Academic Men's Basketball All-District Team, CSC announced on Tuesday (March 24).
The 2025 Academic All-District® Men's Basketball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions - NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA. Members of the All-District Team must meet a minimum 3.50 cumulative grade-point average and have played in 90 percent or started 67 percent of team games in the current season.
Craig averaged 14.0 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.3 steals per game in 2025-26. He scored in double-digits in 25 games. He scored 24 points at Northern Kentucky and 22 at Oakland.
Off the court, Craig is a finance major with a 3.54 GPA.
