2002 Season
Played in 119 matches for the Dons in 2002. Averaged 2.32 kills and 2.34 digs per game. Tied for the team lead in total blocks with 65. Recorded a hitting percentage of .142 in 2002.
2001 Season
Solberg was the utility player of the front row for the Mastodons this year by being called upon to play all three positions. Next year she will focus her attention on playing the strong outside position. Her best match was against Wisconsin-Green Bay where she dug up 11 balls, assisted in four blocks and got a career high of 20 kills.
2000 Season
As a freshman, Solberg was called upon to start as middle hitter. Her best performance came against her first meeting with IPFW rival Northern Kentucky on Sept. 23, 2000. Solberg had 10 kills, 3 digs, 1 block solo, and 4 block assists while hitting an impressive .529.
High School
Solberg is an outside/middle hitter from Huron High School. She averaged 5.3 kills per game, 0.56 assists per game, and 1.0 blocks per game while hitting 84.4 percent for the 1999 season. Solberg was named First-Team All-Ohio, First-Team District 6, and Player of the Year. Solberg helped lead her team to the state title in 1999 and competed in the Ohio All-Star match.
Personal
Born May 20, 1982, Solberg is the daughter of Michael and Connie Solberg. She has two brothers, Seth and Cole. Solberg is majoring in Graphic Design/Advertising.
