1999
Isch served as the team captain and floor leader for 1999 Volleydons. She received many awards such as All-Tournament at BYU-Hawaii, First Team All-GLVC Conference, and First Team All-GLVC Region. In 1999 Tami Isch moved into first place on the Don's All-Time career assists list with 4,259. She also led the team in service aces in 1999 season with 36. Not only is she talented on the court, but in the classroom she received a 3.25 GPA during the fall semester placing he on the Coaches List for academics. Her best game in the 1999 season came against Northern Kentucky September 24, 1999 when she had 67 assists, 2 kills, 10 digs, and 1 service ace.1998
Tami's leadership role increased this 1998 season. While only a sophomore, she has left a mark on the NCAA records as well as IPFW and GLVC records.Her NCAA records include:

When she was freshman, Tami won the starting setter position early in the 1997 season. Her transition to the speedy collegiate game was swift. She finished the year #1 in the GLVC and #7 in the nation in assists per game with a 12.5 average. This made her the highest freshman in the nation in assists per game.High School
Tami was the the #1 setter for the top Fort Wayne Volleyball Club team her senior year of high school. This Adams Central high school star played bigger than 5'6" with her exceptional physical and mental strength. She was a 4 time team MVP, 3 time team Captian, 3 time All-Allen County Athletic Conference(ACAC) member, and the MVP of the ACAC in 1996.
