Donovan Martin helps professional athletes in America's biggest sporting leagues to remove mental barriers and reach the highest levels of performance. He's worked with NFL, NBA players, Division-I collegiate athletes, and national-level prep athletes. Martin has spent two decades researching, studying, and working with high-achieving individuals. His dedication to growth under pressure and proven results in sports performance have earned him the reputation as the mental performance consultant for high-achieving athletes.

Martin holds a Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University, a Master of Arts from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology, is a licensed mental health coach (LMHC), nationally certified counselor (NCC) and is in the Association for Applied Sports Psychology. His professional focuses include sports psychology, forensic assessment and therapy, wilderness and adventure therapy, and team performance leadership training. Donovan Martin is a partner with Traction Athletic Performance, a company designed to empower human development beyond sports through holistic training. He is also the CEO and Clinical Director of Dunn Associates, P.C. a counseling and psychology group private practice.
