Wan'ya Williams is a former collegiate track and field athlete turned mental health professional, dedicated to helping athletes perform at their best - both mentally and physically. He earned his Master’s degree in Social Work from Indiana University in Fort Wayne and a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Fitness, and Wellness from Tiffin University, where he also competed as a sprinter for the track and field team.
With over nine years of experience as a track athlete and a background in coaching high school track and field, Williams understands firsthand the mental demands of competitive sports
Williams also brings over four years of experience in community mental health, specializing in working with teens and adults facing PTSD, anxiety, and depression. His approach integrates mental health strategies with athletic development, helping athletes overcome mental blocks, manage pressure, and bounce back from setbacks.
Whether on the track or in the therapy room, Williams is passionate about empowering athletes to thrive - on and off the field.
