Fort Wayne, IN - Johnna Lewis-Carlisle's 19 points in the second half lifted the 'Dons over the Marygrove College Mustangs on Saturday afternoon at the Gates Center. With just a two point lead at half, the Mastodons surged in the second, defeating the Mustangs, 81-55.
The Mastodons watched on as Marygrove took off to a 9-0 start before IPFW started to make their move. A 12-4 run by IPFW would cut Marygrove's lead to one. A made three pointer by Hannah Thieke would put the 'Dons ahead by two with 9:35 left in the first.

It was a back-and-forth battle to start the second with five ties in the first five minutes.
