Men's Golf Sits in 12th Place after 36 Holes

Martin, TN- After 36 holes, the IPFW men's golf team sits in 12th place at the Skyhawk Fall Classic hosted by Tennessee-Martin.
The Mastodons shot a 599 team total on Monday, finishing three strokes ahead of Jackson State.
IPFW was led on day one by freshman Drew Imel, who fired a 36-hole total of 146, including a 69 in round two. He currently sits tied for 22 place, with 18 holes left to play.
Jon Balyeat continued his fine play this season after carding a two-round total of 150 (76-74). The senior is tied for 44th place.
Ryan Olbin (77-76) and Bruno Carvalho (76-77) are tied for 61st place after each fired a 153 on Monday. Jacob Bailey rounds out the IPFW starting five with a 154 total. Bailey is tied for 68th place.
The third and final round will begin tomorrow morning at 8:15 a.m. EST.
