The margin increased to as many as 18 in the opening half on an Evans free throw, before the visitors knocked down a basket late in the half to send the Mastodons into the locker room with a 40-24 lead.
The IPFW advantage never dipped into single digits the rest of the way, increasing the lead to as many as 25 halfway through the second half, as the Mastodons cruised to the 80-64 win.
