Women's Golf Seventh After Opening Day in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS - Through 18 holes of the Butler Fall Invitational, the Fort Wayne women's golf team is tied for seventh place with a score of 330.
Hosted by Butler at the par-70 Highland Golf & Country Club, the course is being played at 6,035 yards. Indianapolis leads the team standings with a 290, while Kylie Raines also of UIndy carded a 3-under-par 67 to lead the individual field.
The Mastodons are tied with Evansville, and sit 12 shots back of sixth place Youngstown State. Monica Dorner paced the 'Dons on the day with an 80 and finish tied for 26th. One stroke back in a tie for 31st is Paige Bird. Jenna Kurosky and Linnzie Richner are also separated by one shot with scores of 84 and 85, respectively. Kurosky is tied for 44th while Richner is tied for 47th. Maggie Connelly rounded out the scoring for the team with an 87 and is tied for 51st
