FORT WAYNE, Ind. - In the Fort Wayne women's soccer team's final matchup of the year, the Mastodons welcome the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles to Hefner Soccer Complex on Sunday for Senior Day at 1 p.m.

Scouting the Mastodons (1-16-0, 0-6-0 Summit League)
The Mastodons come into the last matchup of the season winless in Summit League play, but have lost three different league matches by only one goal. Omaha and Western Illinois resulted in 1-0 final scores, while Denver came away with a 3-2 victory. Deanna Hecht and Kendall Quinn lead the Mastodons with four goals each on the season. Kallianne Mogler leads in assists with six.
Scouting the Golden Eagles (7-9-1, 4-2-0 Summit League)
The Golden Eagles enter their final matchup of the regular season having clinched a bid to the Summit League Tournament with a 4-2 League record. Oral Roberts shared one common opponent with Fort Wayne in out-of-league play with Loyola Chicago. The Golden Eagles fell to the Ramblers 6-2.
When We Last Met
Oral Roberts took a 7-1 victory over the Mastodons in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Gabbie Mann scored the lone goal for the Mastodons.
With a Little Help From My Friend
Kallianne Mogler assisted Deanna Hecht on one of the goals scored in Oct. 13's matchup against South Dakota, which extended her program leading assist total to 14. Mogler leads the Mastodons this season with six assists.
Senior Day
The Mastodons have two seniors that will be recognized during the match against Oral Roberts: Kassidy Simpkins and Kallianne Mogler. Simpkins and Mogler have been heavy contributors during their four-year careers in Fort Wayne. Mogler became the program's all-time assists leader, totaling 14 in her career. Simpkins and Mogler both played over 60 games for the Mastodons and each contributed many minutes over the last four years.
First Half Fighters
The Mastodons have held eight of its opponents scoreless in the first half of each contest. Detroit Mercy, Evansville, Youngstown State, Western Michigan, Valparaiso, Robert Morris, Western Illinois and Denver were all unable to score on the 'Dons in the first 45 minutes of play.
Fresh Legs
Seven different freshmen Mastodons have found their way into the starting lineup at some point this season, led by Jessica Schoenfeldt and Gabrielle Fanning starting all 17 contests.
Brace Yourself
The 'Dons have three sets of braces so far this season between their two leading scorers, Deanna Hecht and Kendall Quinn. Hecht has two, in which all four of her goals this season were scored. Most recently, Hecht had two goals against Summit League foe South Dakota. She also chipped in an assist to Quinn in this matchup. Quinn and Hecht both had two goals in the 'Dons 4-2 victory over Robert Morris. Quinn had her brace completed before the 10-minute mark, which was the first time in program history that two goals had been scored against a Division I opponent within 10 minutes of the first kick.
Fleming is Fast
Paityn Fleming's goal against Denver was the fastest in Fort Wayne women's soccer program history. She scored against the Pioneers just 28 seconds after the opening kick. Fleming surpassed former teammate Gaby Romo for the fastest goal, with her 0:34 goal against IUPUI in 2016 serving as the record holder until Friday (Oct. 27).
Looking Back
Fort Wayne fell to Denver 3-2 at home on Friday (Oct. 27). Paityn Fleming scored in the first minute, and Allyson Hayner scored her second career goal late in the match. The Pioneers had the game-winning goal in the 90th minute.
