FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Fort Wayne women's soccer team continues Summit League play with a matchup at Western Illinois on Sunday at 2 p.m. EST at John MacKenzie Alumni Field.

Scouting the Mastodons (1-10-0, 0-1-0 Summit League)
Fort Wayne enters the weekend 1-10-0, coming off a 1-0 loss to Omaha. Kendall Quinn leads the 'Dons with three goals throughout the year, two of which came in the first 10 minutes of the win over Robert Morris. Kallianne Mogler leads the Mastodons with five assists, three of which came in the match against Robert Morris.
Scouting the Leathernecks (1-10-0, 0-1-0 Summit League)
The Leathernecks are 1-10-0, with their lone win coming in 9-1 fashion over Chicago State. The Leathernecks' League loss was a 3-0 decision to Oral Roberts.
With a Little Help From My Friend
With four assists over a two-game stretch earlier this season, Kallianne Mogler set the program record for career assists with 13. Mogler has five assists on the year, which puts her second on the team in points for this season. These five assists are also the most by a Summit League player this season.
When We Last Met
The 'Dons and Leathernecks each earned a point in last season's matchup by way of a 0-0 draw. Kallianne Mogler led the 'Dons with four shots on the day. Haley Lydon earned her first career shutout in this tie.
First Half Fighters
The Mastodons have held six of its opponents scoreless in the first half of each contest. Detroit Mercy, Evansville, Youngstown State, Western Michigan, Valparaiso and Robert Morris were all unable to score on the 'Dons in the first 45 minutes of play.
Fresh Legs
Seven different freshmen Mastodons have found their way into the starting lineup at some point this season. Jessica Schoenfeldt and Gabrielle Fanning have started all 11 contests, while Emma Gaggioli has four starts. Baylee Kramer has three starts, Kailyn Wade and Breanna Buche have two, and Cesiley LaCourt also has a start.
Brace Yourself
Kendall Quinn and Deanna Hecht both had two goals in the 'Dons 4-2 victory over Robert Morris. Quinn had her brace completed before the 10-minute mark, which was the first time in program history that two goals had been scored against a Division I opponent within 10 minutes of the first kick.
Looking Back
Fort Wayne fell to Omaha 1-0 on Thursday (Sept. 28). Several close shots in the second half were just shy of the equalizer.
