The Mastodons (16-7, 5-4 Summit) have two players in the top five in 3-point percentage in the league. Mo Evans is second with 50.3 percent, and Kason Harrell is fifth with 45.4 percent. Mo Evans is recording 17.8 points per game, third in the conference.

Fort Wayne leads the all-time series 6-1. The 'Dons have won the last five games in the series, including an 87-83 win this season in Fort Wayne on Jan. 7, 2017. Fort Wayne made 10 of 10 free throw attempts in that game. The 'Dons are 3-0 all-time at Denver.

Fort Wayne led for the vast majority of an 87-83 victory over Oral Roberts on Saturday. But Oral Roberts rallied late to take a one-point lead in the final minutes. Brent Calhoun responded with a basket to put the 'Dons up for good.

In addition, earlier this season the 'Dons received a vote in two USA Today Coaches Polls and an Associated Press Top 25 Poll. It was the first time in program history the 'Dons have received a vote in the USA Today and AP Polls.

Fort Wayne ranks fourth in 3-point field goal percentage (42.4 percent), fourth in 3-pointers per game (11.0), fourth in total 3-pointers (252), fifth in scoring (88.3) and seventh in field goal percentage (50.3 percent).
NEARLY BOTTS-LIKE NUMBERS
Mo Evans picked up his 1,000th career point this year. He is the 13th player in program history to reach the plateau. He now owns 1,375 career points and ranks sixth all-time in scoring at Fort Wayne. To reach the fifth spot he will need to pass Ben Botts' 1,400 points. Botts played for Fort Wayne from 2007-11 and is a current assistant coach for the 'Dons.

Mo Evans is 11th in the nation in made 3-pointers (78), third in 3-point field goal percentage (50.3) and 12th in 3-point field goals per game (3.39).
20-21 VISION
Fort Wayne made 20 3-pointers vs. Oral Roberts on Dec. 31. It tied a league record for most 3-pointers in a Summit League contest. The total tied the school record set last season when the 'Dons made 20 in a win at South Dakota on Feb. 4, 2016. Then on Jan. 9 the Mastodons made 21 3-pointers in a win over NCAA Division III Olivet to break the school record.

Senior Brent Calhoun is making his senior year his best. He is averaging 7.7 points, 5.8 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game. Each are on pace to be career bests.

Kason Harrell is averaging 10.9 points per game this season for the 'Dons after playing only 73 minutes last season. The sophomore has made a 3-pointer in all but one game this year. He had 21 points at Austin Peay on Nov. 30.
