Men's Basketball League Schedule Announced

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Purdue Fort Wayne men's basketball Horizon League schedule is set. The Mastodons will play 20 league games with single plays against Green Bay and league newcomer Northern Illinois and double plays against the nine other league teams.
There will be 10 home contests and 10 road games in HL play. The non-league slate will be announced soon.
The early portion of the league schedule has the Mastodons squaring off with Detroit Mercy (Dec. 2) and Cleveland State (Dec. 5) at home.
After some more non-league action, league play returns on December 30 with a game against Robert Morris. To ring in the new year, the Mastodons will visit Wright State (Jan. 3), Milwaukee (Jan. 7) and Green Bay (Jan. 9). Two home games against Oakland (Jan. 14) and IU Indy (Jan. 16) will lead into road games at Robert Morris (Jan. 20) and Youngstown State (Jan. 23). January will wrap up with home games against Northern Kentucky (Jan. 29) and Wright State (Jan. 31).
February will see the Mastodons host Milwaukee (Feb. 4), Northern Illinois (Feb. 13) and Youngstown State (Feb. 21). They will hit the road for games at IU Indy (Feb. 7), Cleveland State (Feb. 10), Oakland (Feb. 17), Detroit Mercy (Feb. 24) and Northern Kentucky (Feb. 27).
The Mastodons will look to advance to the Horizon League Championship at the new host site: The Arena at Innovation Mile in Noblesville, Indiana. The league championship game will be on Tuesday, March 9.
