Scouting the Mastodons (3-8-3, 0-4-0 Summit League)
The Mastodons are led by freshman Kayla Wisniewski up front, as she has six goals on the year. Hannah Kroger sets up the midfield, leading the team with five assists so far this season. Senior Haley Lydon and sophomore Lorah Pund have split duties in the net, racking up 43 and 33 saves respectively and a shutout each.
Scouting the Pioneers (7-5-2, 3-1-0 Summit League)
The Pioneers will come to Fort Wayne with a 3-1 Summit League record after topping South Dakota, Omaha and North Dakota State. Denver is led by Samantha Feller, who has six goals on the year. The leading point-scorer is Hannah Adler, who has four goals and five assists on the year. The Denver keeper is Brittany Wilson, who has registered five shutouts in seven wins.
When We Last Met
Last season, Denver took a 3-2 comeback victory over the 'Dons. After Paityn Fleming scored the fastest goal in program history in 28 seconds, Denver scored two after the 70-minute mark to take the lead. Allyson Hayner evened the score in minute 87, but Denver scored the game-winning goal with just 17 seconds left in regulation.

Senior keeper Haley Lydon earned the Summit League Defensive Player of the Week on September 24. She earned this honor behind an eight-save shutout against Chicago State. Her eight saves also moved her into seventh place in the program's career saves category.
