Kennedy Brooker Finishes 11th at Mastodon Fall Invite

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Purdue Fort Wayne women's golf's Kennedy Brooker finished in 11th place at the Mastodon Fall Invite on Tuesday (Oct. 15), with a 80-80-77-237 at Pine Valley Country Club.
Brooker led the Mastodons with a birdie on 18 to set up her round of 77. She had 11 pars on the day. Linnzie Richner and Emma Schroeder finished the tournament in a tie at 14th place, with Richner carding a 78-73-88-239. She birdied 12, which was her first hole of the day. Schroeder birdied 17 for a 83-79-77-239. She parred 11 holes on her final day. Holly Anderson shot an 82-80-87-249 for a tie at 30th place.
Sarah Lewis rounded out the team scores with an 83-87-80-250 for 33rd place. She birdied 14, which was her last hole of the day. Luiza Caetano competed as an individual, turning in a 103-87-83-273 for 43rd place.
Green Bay took home the team trophy, with a 306-307-320-933. Central Michigan's Claudia Salvador was the individual medalist with 74-76-71-221. Purdue Fort Wayne finished in fifth as a team with a 323-312-321-956.
The Mastodons have one more tournament this fall, as they head to Central Michigan for the Chippewa Invite on Monday, October 21.
