13 'Dons Honored With Academic All-MIVA

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - The Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (MIVA) announced on Wednesday (May 15) that 13 of the 17 Purdue Fort Wayne men's volleyball student-athletes were selected to the 2019 Academic All-MIVA Team. The MIVA recognized a total of 121 student-athletes among its eight member institutions. A full list can be found here.
To be eligible, student-athletes must have achieved at least a 3.0 cumulative grade-point average on a 4.0 scale at the conclusion of the fall semester.
The 13 Mastodons selected were Kade Bontrager, Alex Dickmann, Richie Diedrich, Tomas Gago, Troy Gooch, Max Hansen, Michael Keegan, Kolbie Knorr, Jacob Mailloux, Austin Neace, Tony Price, Shawn Trznadel and Pelegrin Vargas.
