Billy King Surprised With Endowed Scholarship

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Over two dozen family, friends, coaches and alums contributed to form an endowed scholarship in the name of men's golf head coach Billy King. On Tuesday (July 23) King was surprised with the gift at a ceremony at Pine Valley Country Club.
The gift is to honor his decade of service to the university. It is part of the university wide Chapman Challenge. Fans can still donate to the King endowment, at this link: www.pfw.edu/billyking
During the Chapman Challenge, three other scholarships for men's golf have also been funded. Those include the Mike Baron Memorial Endowed Scholarship, the Dan Bartlett Memorial Endowed Scholarship and the Leonard Family Endowed Scholarship.
