
Mike Harper Steps Down as Purdue Fort Wayne Men’s Soccer Head Coach

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – Purdue University Fort Wayne men's soccer head coach Mike Harper has stepped down effective immediately.

Harper led the Mastodons for 13 seasons and finished with a career record of 65-150-22. The Mastodons qualified for the Summit League Tournament in 2011, 2012, 2014 and 2018 and his student-athletes won 22 All-Summit League First Team or Second Team honors.
Harper competed for the Mastodons from 1992-96. A member of the inaugural class of the Mastodon Athletics Hall of Fame, he finished as the program's all-time leading scorer, registering 72 goals. Harper also established an endowed scholarship to benefit the men's soccer program for years to come.
A national search will be conducted to find the Mastodons' next head coach.
