Know Your Foe
Omaha comes into this contest 6-13, 1-5 in the Summit League. The Mavericks own a six-point win over Oral Roberts, but have not won since January 4. They are coming off an 83-69 loss to Western Illinois. Omaha has no player that averages more than 10 points per game, but seven Mavericks average at least five per contest.

First Responders Night
Purdue Fort Wayne's women's basketball game on February 4 against Western Illinois will be First Responders Night. First responders who show their badge will get a ticket for $5, and can purchase up to 10 tickets. Of each ticket, $1 will go to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Nearing 1,000
Senior Hannah Albrecht is nearing 1,000 points for her career. She is sitting at 922 points in her four-year career. After spending one season at Division II Saint Joseph's College, the college closed in 2017, so Albrecht transferred to Purdue Fort Wayne to play the final three years of her career.
No Buckets For You!
Purdue Fort Wayne held Oral Roberts without a field goal for the first 6:24 of their game on January 16. The Golden Eagles only made one free throw in this opening stretch that put the Mastodons up 16-1.
Ott Career-high Again... And Again...
Just a few days after a career-high 19 at Western Illinois, freshman Riley Ott beat that mark with 20 against South Dakota State. In the following game against Oral Roberts, she had another career-high with 22. Her season average is up to 10.7 points per game.
Hess With the Quick Trigger
In the Mastodons' road game at Western Illinois (Jan. 9), Hannah Hess had three 3-pointers in the span of 71 seconds of game time. She started the second quarter by knocking in a trey 20 seconds after the opening whistle. 58 seconds later, she hit another one, followed by a third just 13 seconds following the second. This led the way to nine of her career-high 19 points.
14 Under 50
The Mastodons have held 14 out of their 19 opponents to under 50 percent from the floor. The 'Dons held UIC to the lowest output of an opponent this season at 32.7 percent.
Dropping Dimes
Hannah Albrecht had a career-high nine assists in the Mastodons' game at North Dakota on January 5. Her previous high was six, which she had set twice, but Albrecht passed that before halftime, as she had seven before the break. Her nine was the most for a player in the program since Sierra Bell had nine last season against IU Kokomo.
Free Throws Are Free
Purdue Fort Wayne is 33rd in the country in free throw percentage, cashing in on 75.2 percent of its trips to the charity stripe. The Mastodons are third in the Summit League in that category, but only 1.7 percent behind Denver who leads the League.

The 'Dons are a top-100 team in 3-pointers made this season. The 'Dons have dropped in 126 treys since the start of the year.
That's a Lot of Minutes!
Anna Lappenküper is 17th in the country and second in the Summit League in minutes played this season with 691:54. She is first in the League in minutes played per game at 36:42. Hannah Albrecht is second in the League in that category at 35:32 minutes per game.
More Minutes Stuff...
Anna Lappenküper ranks ninth in program history in career minutes played. She has been on the court for 3,236 minutes in her four years in Fort Wayne. Her 36.70 minutes per outing this year is third in program history for a single season.
Albrecht The Bucket-Getter
Hannah Albrecht is leading the team in scoring this season at 14.0 points per game. The senior had a career-high 30 points against Evansville on December 13, passing the two previous previous career-highs from earlier this season. She had 22 points against Heidelberg on November 24, surpassing her previous high of 21 from 13 days earlier. She set that mark against Ball State.

Coming Up
Purdue Fort Wayne will return home for a game against North Dakota State in the Memorial Coliseum on Thursday (Jan. 30). It will be the first of a doubleheader with the men's team, who plays North Dakota. On Saturday, February 1, the 'Dons will host North Dakota for homecoming in the Gates Sports Center.
