INDIANAPOLIS - The Horizon League announced its volleyball All-League awards on Thursday, November 18, and Purdue Fort Wayne graduate student Katie Crowe was selected for the second team.
Crowe, a Leo, Indiana native, was seventh in the Horizon League with 3.40 kills per set in her final season as a Mastodon. Her 408 total kills for the season ranked second among league players. She also ranked in the top 20 in the league in digs with 303.
The spring 2021 All-America Honorable Mention is just the second player in the Division I era of the Mastodon women's volleyball program to earn All-League distinctions three times in her career.
Crowe has exhausted her eligibility. She earned a bachelor's degree in human services in the spring of 2021 and will finish her master's degree in organizational leadership in the spring of 2023.
