FROM THREE!:
• The Mastodons are No. 5 in the nation in 3-point field goal percentage at 39.7 percent.
• The program record for single-season 3-point percentage was set in 1986-87 when the 'Dons shot 43.2 percent (101-of-234). The Division I era mark came in 2015-16 when the Summit League Regular Season Champion shot 41.0 percent (354-of-863). That team was powered by Max Landis who won the Summit League Player of the Year Award and shot 45.6 percent and made a program single-season record 125 3-pointers.
• The Mastodons set a program record for single-game 3-point percentage at Milwaukee (Jan. 16) by making 70.6 percent (12-of-17).
• Three of the Mastodons' top 10 all-time 3-point percentage performances have happened this season.

• Two of the best shooting games during the Division I era have occurred this season. The 'Dons shot 64.2 percent against Robert Morris (Dec. 27) and 62.8 percent at Milwaukee (Jan. 16). The performances rank fourth and fifth best in program history during the DI era.
• The 'Dons have shot 60 percent or better in a half six times this season.
TOURNAMENT 'DONS AND ENDS:
• The 'Dons have advanced to the semifinals of the league tournament in three of Jon Coffman's six seasons.
• This will be the Mastodons' first participation in the Horizon League Championship. This is also the first time the 'Dons play tournament games on the road. The Summit League used a neutral site for all seasons the 'Dons played in the league. 12 of those 13 seasons saw the tournament played in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The first season, 2007-08, it was played in Tulsa, Oklahoma on a neutral floor.
'DONS AND ENDS:
• A statistical oddity only the 2020-21 season can bring, the 'Dons scored the same amount of points in both games of three Horizon League matchups this year. The 'Dons scored 68 in both games at Northern Kentucky, 81 in both games at Milwaukee and 70 in both games at Youngstown State.
• Demetric Horton's off the backboard dunk at Youngstown State earned serious social media love. All told on various social media accounts the clip is estimated to have earned at least four million views.
• While Jalon Pipkins' first overtime buzzer beater against Green Bay didn't get quite the social media buzz that Horton's dunk received, Pipkins' off the glass 3-pointer did make No. 4 on SportsCenter Top 10.
• Deonte Billups is nearing 500 points. He owns 474 points.
• Number of double-digit points games for Mastodons this season: Jarred Godfrey (18), Jalon Pipkins (18), Bobby Planutis (12), Demetric Horton (11), Deonte Billups (8), Dylan Carl (5) and Jarvis Walker (1).
• The Mastodons have 10 players averaging 9.6 minutes per game or more. The last time the 'Dons finished a season with that many players seeing 10 or more minutes per game was 2011-12 when 11 different players did so.
• Over the last eight games, Jalon Pipkins is averaging 17.6 points and shooting 57-of-99 (57.6 percent) from the floor.
• Dylan Carl is 17th in the nation in two-point shots. He has made 54-of-76 from inside the arc for a 71.4 percent mark. His only 3-point attempt was a made trey against Northern Kentucky.
• With three overtime wins this season, the 'Dons are now 9-3 in overtime games under head coach Jon Coffman.
• The Mastodons' 33 point victory over UIC on Jan. 9 was the Mastodons' largest over a league opponent since defeating IUPUI by 38 points on March 8, 2014 85-47 in the Summit League Tournament.
• 10 times this season, the 'Dons have kept their opponent to a sub 30.0 percent shooting performance from beyond the arc.
• The 'Dons limited Southeastern Louisiana to 3.6 percent (1-of-28) from three. Per sports-reference.com, since 2010-11, it was only the third time a team has limited an opponent to a sub 4.0 percent performance from beyond the arc with 28 or more attempts from three. Of note in the game, Southeastern Louisiana made their first attempt and missed their next 27.
MORE BLOCKS THAN A TWITTER TROLL:
Dylan Carl has 107 blocks in his career. He is in fifth place in program history in the category. Up next on the list is Brent Calhoun (2012-17) with 109. Carl and Calhoun were teammates in 2016-17.
THE 'DONS WENT TO JARRED:
• Jarred Godfrey owns 1,087 career points, 11th most in program history. He'll stay in 11th for awhile as No. 10 is David Simon. He scored 1,237 points from 2002-05.
• Jarred Godfrey is leading the team in points (15.9), rebounding (5.4), assists (3.5) and steals (1.5) per game. UIC's Teyvion Kirk was the only other player in the league to lead their team in these same categories.
• Jarred Godfrey finished with a line of 27 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and five steals against Robert Morris (Dec. 27). Per sports-reference.com, he is one of only 10 players since the 2010-11 season to record such a line in a game. The list includes Ben Simmons and Kemba Walker. He is the only player on the list to do so while taking fewer than 14 shots from the floor. Godfrey shot 9-of-11.
• Sports-reference.com produces game scores for individual performances, with 10 being average and 40 being outstanding. Godfrey earned a 31.8 for his 41-point outburst against UIC. He received a 31.0 for his game against Robert Morris (Dec. 27). Current Memphis Grizzlies member John Konchar is the only other Mastodon in program history with two game scores better than 31.0. The database goes back to the 2010-11 season.

It was also three points shy of the program record for points in a game. He finished a career-best 11-of-12 from the line. Godfrey scored eight points in overtime.
• Jarred Godfrey has made 68-of-82 free throws on the season (82.9 percent), second best in the league. He entered the season shooting 69.6 percent from the line in his career.
