Luke Miller Named Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar by GCAA

NORMAN, Okla. - Purdue Fort Wayne men's golfer Luke Miller has been named a Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar by the Golf Coaches Association of America.
To be eligible for Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar status, an individual must be a sophomore, junior or senior both academically and athletically. In addition, they must participate in 40 percent of his team's competitive rounds, have a stroke-average under 76.0 in NCAA Division I and maintain a minimum cumulative career grade-point average of 3.2 or better. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at his college or university.
Miller, a three-time academic honor roll member, had a season average of 75.36 in his third year at Purdue Fort Wayne. He tied for 21st at the Horizon League Championship with a 229. His 72 in the opening round of the championship was the third-best in the field.
The Mastodons will open the 2021-22 season on September 5 at the Turning Stone-Tiger Intercollegiate in Verona, New York.
