One in a Brazilian
Laura Caetano, a native of Brasilia, Brazil, has the second-best career average in Mastodon history. After her three rounds at the A-Ga-Ming Invitational, she met the minimum requirement of 25 rounds. Her average of 77.96 trails just Holly Anderson, who was on the team from 2018-21.
Last Time Out
The Mastodons took third place at the A-Ga-Ming Kickoff, with Anna Olafsdottir recording the first top 10 finish of her career.
Next Time Up
Purdue Fort Wayne will head to Horizon League member Oakland's tournament: the Golden Grizzlies Invitational. That tournament will take place at the Katke Cousins Golf Course on September 26-27.
