Fall Season Comes to a Close for Mastodon Men's Golf This Week

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Purdue Fort Wayne men's golf will wrap up their fall season on Monday and Tuesday (Oct. 16-17) when they participate in North Alabama's MartinFed Invitational.

This season, Purdue Fort Wayne has the best single-season team scoring average in program history with an average of 285.5.
Record Breakers
The Mastodons set a pair of records at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational on September 11-12. The 'Dons broke the 36-hole record with a 557 and the 54-hole record with an 846. The 'Dons then tied that 54-hole record at the Tom Tontimonia Invitational on October 2-3.
Last Time Out
The 'Dons took fifth at the Tom Tontimonia Invitational, typing the program's 54-hole record.
Coming Up
The fall season wraps up in Alabama, so the Mastodons will not take the course for a tournament again until February 19, when they visit St. Augustine, Florida for the World Golf Village Collegiate.
